About
MHEC

The Mental Health Experiential Conference (MHEC) is a pioneering platform in Malaysia and ASEAN that shines a spotlight on workplace mental health and psychosocial wellbeing.

First held in 2019, followed by its second edition in 2023, MHEC has established itself as a transformative gathering for leaders, professionals, and advocates committed to advancing occupational safety and health (OSH) through psychosocial wellbeing.

Now in its third edition (MHEC 3.0), the conference returns in 2025 with deeper regional collaboration, immersive learning experiences, and actionable strategies that bridge science, practice, and policy.

Conference Overview

Taking place on 11–12 December 2025 at ALOFT Kuala Lumpur Sentral, MHEC 3.0 is themed:

“Advancing Psychosocial Wellbeing for Occupational Safety and Health Across ASEAN”

MHEC 3.0 is organised in support of the ASEAN Year of Skills 2025.

This two-day conference will bring together ASEAN experts, HR leaders, OSH professionals, mental health practitioners, and policymakers to:

  • ✔ Explore the evolving challenges of psychosocial risks at work
  • ✔ Share practical frameworks and organisational best practices
  • ✔ Experience interactive workshops and real-world case studies
  • ✔ Strengthen cross-border partnerships to promote safer, healthier workplaces

With its unique experiential approach, MHEC 3.0 goes beyond theory — offering participants opportunities to immerse, engage, and co-create solutions that make a measurable impact on workplace wellbeing.
