The Mental Health Experiential Conference (MHEC) is a pioneering platform
in Malaysia and ASEAN that shines a spotlight on workplace mental health and
psychosocial wellbeing.
First held in 2019, followed by its second edition in 2023,
MHEC has established itself as a transformative gathering for leaders,
professionals, and advocates committed to advancing occupational safety and health (OSH)
through psychosocial wellbeing.
Now in its third edition (MHEC 3.0), the conference returns in 2025
with deeper regional collaboration, immersive learning experiences, and actionable strategies
that bridge science, practice, and policy.
Taking place on 11–12 December 2025 at ALOFT Kuala Lumpur Sentral, MHEC 3.0 is themed:
