Since our establishment, events have been a hallmark at EJAsia. Our events have served as platforms for like-minded individuals, leaders in the talent development and mental health space, and innovators to meet to exchange ideas and learn from each other. Throughout the years, the themes offered at these events have expanded with the growth of EJAsia and our services. We have hosted numerous events attended by thousands on topics including:
Mental Health
Mental health services have been among the core of services we offer at EJAsia since our establishment. Our events in mental health are intended to spread awareness of mental health and understand the various ways to manage and seek solutions on addressing problems and conflicts from mental health challenges.
Our key highlight was in 2019, when we hosted the Mental Health Experiential Conference in 2019, launched by the Minister of Health and was attended by around 400 attendees. We have also organised many virtual webinars during the pandemic in 2020-21.
Leadership
Working professionals and managers alike find themselves in an increasingly challenging and advancing world today. Our conferences have enabled individuals experiencing similar challenges to discuss and learn leadership skills and experiences they could then use in their own careers.
Our past events have featured discussions on courageous conversations, how personalities manage the generation gap as well as uplifting youth leaders.
Occupational Safety and Health (OSH)
Occupational Safety and Health has also risen as an important issue in our workspaces in recent years. Safe and healthy working conditions are essential to keep employees safe, happy and productive while at work.
OSH has become an important issue today, as the COVID-19 pandemic has made workers, employers and governments face unprecedented challenges arising from the virus and the effects it has had on work.
